This type of massage is a holistic approach to health and wellness involving therapeutic massage techniques to facilitate the release of energy blockages. The focus is to relieve pain & discomfort all while putting your body in to a deep state of relaxation.

Foot massage
Your feet work hard for you every day. Especially at this busy time of the year for many people – shopping, get-togethers with family and friends, school events and many other things; there is no shortage of time spent on one’s feet.
Just like your neck, back and shoulders; your feet can also benefit from a regular rubdown. Foot massage improves circulation, stimulates muscles, reduces tension and often eases pain.

thai yoga massage
Sometimes referred to as assisted yoga, Thai massage is focused on improving the flow of energy through the body.
It incorporates yoga-like stretches to reduce stress and improve circulation. The gradual and gentle stretching will enhance the persons flexibility over time, which will allow a greater range of motion.

Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique that involve a Reiki master using gentle hand movements to guide the flow of healthy energy (What’s known as “life force energy”) through the body to reduce stress and promote healing.
The practitioner will move their hands around your body, they may touch you lightly or have their hands just above your body. You may experience sensations in the body such as heat or tingling. Some people report seeing visualizations such as colours, pictures or have memories appear.

Sound Healing
A meditative experience which intentionally uses sound to create a vibrational environment to support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. You will be immersed in sound and encouraged to allow deep relaxation and self enquiry. A wonderful opportunity for you to unplug and connect with YOU!
